As a Workforce Coordinator, your work will shape operational performance, support a positive team experience, and help deliver reliable outcomes for our customers across the network.

About the role
- Coordinate daily workforce schedules to ensure optimal coverage across operational areas
- Monitor real-time staffing levels and make adjustments to minimise disruption and maintain service standards
- Collaborate with leaders to forecast staffing needs and improve workforce planning accuracy
- Analyse workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for efficiency gains
- Support contingency planning to respond to operational changes, disruptions, or peak demand
- Build strong relationships with frontline teams to enable smooth communication and execution
- This is a shift-based role, with a 6 days on and 3 days off roster pattern
What you’ll bring
- Experience in workforce coordination, rostering, or operational planning, ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions quickly
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence working across multiple stakeholders
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
- Proficiency with workforce management systems or similar tools
- A curious and proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and team success
