We are seeking a talented individual to join our Workforce and Rewards Consulting team, part of our People and Investments business at Marsh. This role will be based in Philadelphia, PA or Washington, DC and offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office or with clients.
THE POSITION: Workforce and Rewards Consulting Analyst
The first step in your career with the Workforce and Rewards business is as a Consulting Analyst. Consulting Analysts work with a broad range of clients and industries, participating as a member of project teams to diagnose issues and design strategic solutions for our clients. We work with clients around the world to engage their most important assets, their people. We partner with board members, senior executives, and HR leaders to optimize business performance through strategies that better manage, reward, and engage their people. Workforce and Rewards brings clients a range of integrated solutions across several practice areas: Executive Rewards, Workforce Rewards, HR Transformation, Talent Strategy, Workforce Planning & Analytics, and Change Management and Communications.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE
- A bachelor's degree with graduation year in Spring 2027. A focus in business, economics, finance, statistics, math, accounting, social science, or HR preferred.
- We are targeting spring 2027 graduates. This full time role will have an anticipated start date in August 2027
- Strong analytical mindset
- Excellent communication skills to engage diverse audiences and build strong client relationships
- Enthusiasm for learning and applying new digital tools and AI innovations in HR
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0
- Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future. Candidates must have permanent, unrestricted U.S. work authorization. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. (Please note, CPT and OPT are considered restricted forms of work authorization)
WHAT A TYPICAL DAY LOOKS LIKE
- Provide quantitative and qualitative analytical support to senior consultants and project teams
- Conduct research and analysis to understand industry and organization-specific issues, including business strategy, corporate performance, compensation and rewards practices and trends
- Analyze clients' strategic, financial, and organizational information to provide insights that will develop into career strategies and solutions
- Perform financial analyses of industry sectors and client peer groups
- Collaborate with project team on most effective ways to structure analyses and present information to meet client objectives
- Prepare client presentations to be presented to boards of directors, senior executives, and HR leaders
