Position Summary
The workforce management professional is the Samsung single point of contact for interacting with and managing all staffing agencies that provide contractors throughout SEHA. Facilitates internal status changes like transfers, promotions, etc. Audits, approves, and submits invoices from staffing agencies. Maintains and updates Promise system. Manages the internal job bidding process. The workforce analyst is responsible for partnering with managers, leadership, and HRBP's to develop mid to long-term workforce plan in accordance with business environment. They maximize productivity through manning modeling, forecasting, communicating opportunities and risk, and managing human resources.
Role and Responsibilities
1. Samsung single point of contact for interacting with and managing all staffing agencies that provide contractors throughout SEHA.

Provide day-to-day and proactive support to plant wide operations with proper staffing to accomplish goals and objectives.

Estimate the appropriate level of workforce demand by departments and jobs and reallocate the workforce to optimize workforce utilization.

Perform workforce appointment process and participate in the staffing management.
2. Facilitates internal status changes like transfers, promotions, etc.
3. Maintains and updates Promise system.

Maintain workforce headcount data and create visibility for management.
4. Audit temp labor invoices and, after confirmation, submit for approval of payment.
5. They maximize productivity through manning modeling, forecasting, communicating opportunities and risk, and managing human resources.
6. Manage the internal job bidding process.
7. All other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Psychology, Business Administration or other field with an emphasis on analytical and critical thinking skills.
2. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in workforce analytics and forecasting, using HR systems, writing reports, and performing job characteristic analysis.
3. Skills/ Knowledge: Strong Excel skills with a focus on pivot tables and V-Lookups, strong organizational skills and attention to detail, strong problem-solving and communication skills.
