We’re on a mission to revolutionize connectivity. We're building the next-generation connectivity platform.
The Role
Own workforce demand forecasting and capacity strategy for customer operations. Build models covering demand, staffing, skills, costs, service levels, hiring, ramp, performance, and attrition. Design forecasts, rules, and signals for an internal workforce platform, automate reporting, identify hidden inefficiencies, test staffing and channel strategies, and advise Operations, People, and Product Experience teams across Pakistan and the US.
Summary Generated by Built In

US Mobile is building the future of wireless communication. The goal: one unified network open to any person and any device, worldwide. Connection without walls.

We're getting there by empowering customers, moving fast, and constantly challenging how things have traditionally been done. Our teams are agile, cross-functional, and built around ownership - and we're looking for people who can think beyond the obvious.

We're looking for a Workforce Analyst in Lahore to own one of the most consequential questions in our company: how much human capacity we need, where it should go, what it costs, and what it returns.

This isn't a traditional workforce management role. Hundreds of PEs help our customers every day, and their time is one of the biggest investments we make. Most workforce teams spend their days maintaining that investment. We want someone to design it: to build the models and systems that make capacity decisions obvious, and to spend their time on the questions nobody has answered yet. What will demand look like when we launch something new? What is a minute of handle time actually worth? As AI takes on more of the work, where should the next hour of human effort go?

What You'll Do

    • Own the demand picture. Model how customer contact moves with growth, launches, promotions, and seasons, and tell leadership what's coming before it arrives

    • Turn demand into capacity strategy: how many people, with which skills, in which channels, at what cost, and what level of service each option buys

    • Build the people side of the model. Hiring, ramp, tenure, performance and attrition: find the levers that make new PSEs productive faster and keep great ones longer

    • Turn analysis into systems. We build our own workforce platform in house, and you'll design the forecasts, rules and signals that run in it every day, working alongside our developers and AI tools

    • Find what the data is hiding: the demand we aren't seeing, the capacity we're wasting, the metric that looks healthy and isn't

    • Test new ideas (operating models, channel mixes, staffing strategies) and work directly with Operations, People, and Product Experience teams in Pakistan and the US. You'll represent the workforce view in the decisions that shape the operation in Pakistan

What We're Looking For

    • 1–3 years of experience in operations analytics, strategy, consulting, or any data role where your analysis changed real decisions

    • Comfortable with forecasting and statistics (trends, seasonality, uncertainty), and you know when a number is telling you less than it appears to

    • Curious about people as much as numbers. Behind every capacity model are people, and you want to understand what makes them stay, grow, and perform

    • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail

    • A builder's instinct: you'd rather automate a report once than update it by hand every week

    • Able to operate independently and own something from the first question to the final decision

What US Mobile Offers

    • Market competitive salary

    • Flexible working hours

    • Fast-growing, high-impact environment

    • Meal and Transport Allowance

    • Vibrant Startup Culture

    • Comprehensive Health Coverage

You'll Probably Love This Role If...

You look at a dashboard, and your first question is "What isn't this telling me?"

You'd rather build the model that makes a decision obvious than make the same decision by hand every week.

You find people as interesting as numbers: why they stay, why they leave, and what makes them great.

And when something doesn't add up, you don't wait for permission. You bring the data that proves there's a better way.

We're less interested in whether you've followed a traditional career path and more interested in whether you can think in systems, work fluently with data, and turn it into decisions people act on.

Think you're a fit? We'd love to hear from you.

Skills Required

  • 1-3 years of experience in operations analytics, strategy, consulting, or a data-focused role influencing business decisions
  • Comfort with forecasting and statistics, including trends, seasonality, and uncertainty
  • Strong understanding of workforce capacity, staffing, hiring, ramp, tenure, performance, and attrition concepts
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to automate recurring reports and build analytical systems
  • Ability to work independently and own projects from initial question through final decision
