We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Workforce Administration Specialist to support our operations in Italy, Spain, and Portugal. This role is based in Terneuzen, The Netherlands. Step into the dynamic world of Workforce Administration (WFA) where you will handle everything from onboarding to offboarding. As a Workforce Administration Specialist, you will be a key player in the EMEAI HR Workforce Administration team, collaborating with HR colleagues across various disciplines.
In this role, you will:
- Innovate and Streamline: Design and optimize country business processes to maximize efficiency and minimize manual tasks, ensuring uniformity across 35+ countries.
- Deliver Excellence: Provide a best-in-class employee experience through your exceptional expertise, consultation, and service delivery.
- Lead with Impact: Manage, implement, and deliver innovative solutions tailored to your areas of accountability.
Your role requires a solid understanding of theories, practices, and procedures, along with general business knowledge. Your ability to communicate clearly and ask insightful questions will be key to your success.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Solutions: Implement and deliver comprehensive solutions in the WFA discipline to enhance the employee experience.
- Automation and Efficiency: Focus on automating WFA processes and reducing country-specific variations by leveraging existing technology platforms.
- Compliance and Adaptation: Translate labor law changes into actionable impacts for WFA and cross-disciplinary functions.
- Process Improvement: Analyze and refine work processes and documentation to drive efficiencies, standardization, and centralization, ensuring top-notch documentation.
- Program Development: Support the development of programs that improve the employee experience while balancing function-specific needs.
- Vendor Collaboration: Engage with third-party providers to develop and review services in your assigned disciplines.
- Issue Resolution: Address escalated HR inquiries and review/approve transactions with support from senior team members.
- Continuous Improvement: Provide insights to Team Leaders to enhance Knowledge Base and Case Management content for your disciplines.
Qualifications
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience: At least 3 years in HR or Business Administration within a process-oriented organization.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English (written & oral) and Italian and/or Spanish.

- Works independently with a moderate level of guidance and direction, is self-motivated and accountable.
- Demonstrable communication and inter-personal skills for working in an international and multi-cultural environment.

- Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects as appropriate with a high degree of accuracy and comfortable to work towards tight deadlines.
