About the Team
Growth is the team responsible for promoting the Fever business plan across all Markets and ensuring that our Partners perform as expected, helping them grow within Fever.
Our decisions are data-driven from the highest to the lowest strategy level, allowing us to fully understand the Fever business model and how we can leverage this to interact with every single team within the company to grow the business in the expected direction
About the Role
We are looking for a Workflows and Automations Associate who loves to improve efficiency in everything and always finds the way to get things done! Your responsibilities will include:
- Assume a leadership role in the establishment of new communication channels, workflows, and tools across departments
- Oversee the complete development lifecycle of these processes
- Conduct comprehensive audits to streamline the requirements of teams involved in new processes, focusing on overall efficiency
- Align the organization's business needs with our technological and operational solutions while managing critical tools and procedures
- Collaborate seamlessly with all company departments, including Sales, Originals, Operations, and Marketing
- From day one, take charge of key processes and engage with department managers worldwide, spanning across 20+ countries and diverse nationalities
About you
- You hold a degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or Data Analytics (STEM degree)
- You bring to the table +4 years of relevant experience, demonstrating your ability to take ownership, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive, self-motivated approach
- Your exceptional written and verbal communication skills enable you to excel in cross-functional collaboration and effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences with varying backgrounds
- Familiarity with SQL or other query languages is a plus, as is proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or other programming languages
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Spanish is a must, while knowledge of additional languages is a valuable asset
