The Workflow Specialist analyses the workflow of Laboratories and creates a reasonable vision for automation & IT for the customer and influences tender specifications.
You will be responsible for:
- The analysis of existing Laboratory workflows to detect improvement areas being able to prepare a new lab workflow wit BEC portfolio and IT tools
- Communicating complex WIT concepts, including laboratory workflow, in a proper way to customers acting as workflow consultant for TLA (Total Lab Automation) customers
- Developing new business opportunities and long-term accounts
- Completing Project Definition once the final technical solution has been decided
- Coordination and ownership of the Total Lab Automation Tenders technical response
Required skills:
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- Degree (prefer technical, biomedical, IT)
- Previous experience and demonstrated success selling and positioning WIT solutions or selling into laboratory/hospital environment.
- Knowledge of fundamentals of Lab Automation and IT Technology
- Strong knowledge of the workflow analytics including cross discipline simulations
- Willingness to travel (up to 50%).
