Summary:

In this role, you will lead the implementation and optimization of automation and intelligent content workflows across the Revenue Operations and Marketing functions, with an eye toward future expansion into enterprise-wide processes. You will identify, pilot, and scale tools and processes that improve execution, streamline decision-making, and drive measurable efficiency and growth outcomes across marketing, sales, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prioritize use cases for automation within RevOps and Marketing workflows including content ops, campaign orchestration, enablement, and analytics.

  • Partner with RevOps, Marketing, IT, and field teams to operationalize intelligent workflows with clear sequencing of foundational, production, and orchestration phases.

  • Map current-state and future-state processes and deliver roadmap to improve efficiency, scalability, and orchestration readiness.

  • Lead configuration and management of generative AI tools such as ChatGPT Enterprise and Writer.

  • Partner with data and analytics teams to ensure workflows maintain clean, governed data pipelines and align with CRM attribution and Databricks–Genie integration.

  • Develop and launch GPT-powered automations, agents, and prompt templates for internal use.

  • Ensure governance and compliance in partnership with security, data, and enterprise platform teams.

  • Collaborate with analytics and systems teams to develop intelligent tools for campaign, sales, and planning workflows.

  • Influence vendor roadmaps (Workato, Seismic, Microsoft, etc.) to ensure platforms become MCP-ready and support orchestration goals.

  • Monitor results, iterate quickly, and drive adoption through feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred.

  • 7 or more years of relevant experience required. Experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or business systems roles preferred.

  • Hands-on familiarity with platforms like ChatGPT Enterprise, Writer, Jasper, Claude, and any additional GenAI tools preferred.

  • Experience with CRM and workflow systems like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Dynamics 365, Seismic, Workato, or 6sense preferred.

  • Ability to identify automation opportunities and experience designing and scaling operational processes across teams preferred.

  • Working knowledge of LLM behavior, prompt design, and low-code platforms preferred.

  • Proven track record influencing vendor and platform roadmaps to support integration and orchestration goals.

  • Willingness to travel.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $102,400.00 to $179,000.00.
