What You’ll Do
- Manage and monitor workers’ compensation and SWC claims, coordinating with leave-of-absence and workers’ comp vendors on return‑to‑work, payment issues, and escalations.
- Support regional Workers’ Compensation Managers to ensure timely submission of SWC and concurrent FMLA claims, including preparing initial FMLA templates.
- Oversee workers’ compensation SOX reconciliation and audit activities and assist with insurance and vendor renewals.
- Partner with Controlling to track claims exceeding self‑insured retention and process reimbursement requests with excess carriers.
- Contribute to accurate and timely filing and reporting for Goodyear’s Self‑Insured and State Programs and analyze monthly data to support departmental and business unit needs.
- Serve as the North America as a contact for the Risktrac system, providing monthly analyses and generating ad‑hoc reports.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in workers’ compensation claim's role.
