2020 Companies is now hiring a full-time remote Workday System Administrator!
We are seeking a highly motivated Workday Administrator to provide Workday Support to internal customers on existing Workday modules as well as assist with the implementation and maintenance of new Workday modules – Journeys, Learning, and Help (knowledge base).
Work Authorization:
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States full-time without current or future visa sponsorship.

Job Description:
- Support the maintenance of the Workday platform and applying best practices
- Perform Workday administrative functions which may include security maintenance, business process configuration, tenant configuration, and support for integrations
- Create Workday reports and configure business process steps
- Support Workday feature release updates and enhancements, while communicating the implied impact on business processes requirements
- Work closely with functional area subject matter experts and other stakeholders as needed to test and implement efficient solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
- Manage and optimize data loads and integrity within the system
- Other duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years' experience with Workday in an administration role
- Experience with Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Learning, Journeys and Help preferred
- Ability to prioritize (and re-prioritize) as business needs change
- Excellent troubleshooting skills, capable of fostering strong relationships with end-users and rapidly provide solutions based on their needs
- Self-motivated and well-adapted to meet deadlines with speed, accuracy and professional attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication as well as interpersonal skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical end-users to resolve issues
- Ability to resolve conflict in a constructive manner and work around obstacles to ensure success
