Ready to make your mark? Join us and be part of something bigger.
As a PTA Reporting & Prism Product Consultant at Kainos, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering our Pay Transparency Analyzer (PTA) product, developed in partnership with Workday. With the EU Pay Transparency Directive comes into effect in June 2026, this role sits at the forefront of significant legislative change across all 27 EU member states—aimed at improving pay transparency and supporting organisations to create more transparent, fair and equitable workplaces.
Using your expertise in Workday Reporting, you will design, configure, and optimise data and reporting solutions that power PTA’s ability to deliver robust pay equity insights, identify disparities, and support organisations in meeting regulatory requirements across Europe and beyond.
This is a hands-on role within the product development team, suited to consultants who would like the opportunity to shape and deliver built on workday SaaS solutions rather than direct customer implementations. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Workday subject matter experts to translate requirements into scalable, high-quality reporting and analytics features—ensuring our clients continue to realise value from their investment.
You will also contribute to setting standards, improving processes, and mentoring junior colleagues, helping to scale a strategically important product that not only delivers commercial value but also supports organisations in creating fairer, more equitable workplaces.
Key Responsibilities
Apply deep Workday Reporting expertise to shape and deliver reporting and Prism capabilities within the PTA product (pending PRISM training).
Design, configure, and maintain advanced Workday reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and Prism datasets that support pay transparency insights and regulatory requirements.
Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to translate product needs into scalable, high-quality Workday reporting and analytics solutions.
Use your Workday consulting experience to assess feasibility, identify risks, and guide decisions on reporting and analytics features across the roadmap.
Optimise performance, quality, and scalability of reporting components embedded within the PTA product.
Support testing, validation, and quality assurance of PTA reporting features to ensure they are ready for release.
Document reporting standards, reusable assets, and best practices to support consistency, quality, and scale across the product.
Mentor and support junior product consultants, sharing Workday reporting knowledge and helping build capability within the team.
Must have:
Workday HCM and Reporting certification.
Minimum 2 years’ hands-on experience with Workday Reporting.
Strong understanding of how reporting and analytics support HR processes.
Proven ability to design and optimise complex reports and dashboards.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data quality.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain Workday Prism certification as part of the role.
Advantageous to have:
Experience with Workday PRISM, or PRISM certification.
Understanding of compliance or pay equity use cases.
Experience with regulatory or compliance-driven reporting (e.g., pay equity, audit, HR compliance).
Familiarity with Workday Data Conversion, Discovery Boards, or People Analytics.
