We are seeking an experienced and motivated Workday Reporting & Power BI Dashboard Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing Workday reports, creating compelling Power BI visualizations, and managing data systems with a focus on security. You will play a critical role in leveraging data to provide insights that drive business strategies and support decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Workday Reporting:

• Design, develop, and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics.

• Collaborate with and understand stakeholder requirements and deliver customized solutions.

• Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance business processes.

• Identify areas where Workday reporting can be improved and implement changes.

Power BI Visualization:

• Create Power BI dashboards to visualize complex data.

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data in visualizations.

• Work closely with business units to translate data needs into actionable reports.

• Regularly update dashboards to reflect current data needs.

Data Systems Management:

• Administer Snowflake and Databricks systems.

• Utilize Workday integration connections and coordinate updates as required.

• Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance.

• Optimize data storage and retrieval processes.

• Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues within data systems.

• Collaborate with other departments to integrate new data sources.

Security Set Up:

• Implement and manage security protocols.

• Configure role level permissions around governance and sharing of confidential information

• Conduct regular audits to ensure data protection.

• Collaborate with IT teams for robust security frameworks.

• Continuously evaluate and improve security measures to mitigate risk.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant system experience with 5+ years of targeted experience in Workday reporting, business objects and calculated fields required

• Advanced proficiency in Power BI for visualization and analysis required

• Familiarity with Snowflake and Databricks.

• Experience in security setup within data systems required

• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, CONCAT, pivot tables) required

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Critical Skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast paced environment.

• Ability to apply judgment and discretion regarding data privacy.

• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to HR and business leaders.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Data Science, or related field preferred.
