Position SummarySenior Associates play an integral client-facing project or work-stream leadership role. While activities vary based on project size/scope and individual skill-sets and strengths, the Sr. Associate can expect to spend their time with a heavy focus on material client interaction through all projects, project management, intensive data-analysis and the identification for the “so-what’s” therein, and to creating compelling client-ready presentations. Additionally, the Sr. Associate will focus on developing Analysts and Coachees.
Qualifications
Job Description: Workday Prism & Reporting Consultant
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Workday Prism, Workday Reporting, and leadership roles within technical workstreams for at least 3 HCM or Financials implementations, spanning two or more phases.
- 3-5 years of consulting experience in a relevant field.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or financial discipline, or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Current Workday Reporting and Prism Certification.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Prism and Reporting, including scope and requirements definition, problem-solving, and process improvements.
- Strong communication skills (both oral and written) with the ability to quickly establish trust and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Experience with estimating, implementation planning, and project management.
- Ability to train and mentor junior staff in both project management and technical aspects of Workday implementations.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects of varying scale and duration.
- Strong desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies.
- Experience with software tools such as Beyond Compare, Excel, etc.
- Knowledge of Workday Accounting Center is a plus.
