Job Overview
Workday Reporting is focused on maintaining Workday standard reports of the ING Group all around the world. We guide in the provision of standard reports in the global catalogue that support HR and country partners in making strategic decisions and enabling data literacy. We are currently looking for an innovative and highly skilled member who would bring fresh perspective to the global reporting strategy and roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain global WD standard reports in the catalogue and provide insightful reporting advice based on security role and accessible reports and dashboards;
- Diminish manual validations, data complaints and restrictions through a thorough Reporting review and baseline analysis;
- Provision of global reporting needs through change requests, properly analyzing reporting demands and solution availability and delivery;
- Support users in data literacy and enablement; and
- Support global steer on empowering strategic data-driven decisions as an objective and key result.
Key Capabilities/Experience
- Have at least 5 years experience in Workday reports development, configuration, building and modification:
- Has in-depth knowledge of reporting configurations and dashboard maintenance in Workday,
- Has technical knowledge in Workday and other business processes;
- Has impeccable data literacy and mindset;
- Enjoys working with stakeholders of different backgrounds;
- Has strong thought-process and problem-solving capability;
- Can juggle multiple demands and requests, while driving continuous improvement initiatives;
Minimum Qualifications
- Good to have - service delivery lead role in people services
- Knows Workday Reporting, Excel Reporting and other complex reporting and can independently work with data complexities;
- Knows ServiceNow ticket handling procedures and Workday business processes;
- Knows how to collect relevant data to perform meaningful analyses;
- Heavy on optimizations and enhancing baseline data in maintaining operational health and Workday repository.

- In-depth knowledge of Workday reporting configurations
- Technical knowledge in Workday and business processes
- Strong problem-solving capability
- Experience in data literacy and working with stakeholders
