Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Workday Recruiting Consultant with strong knowledge of Workday HCM Recruiting business processes, configuration, testing, integrations, and production support. The candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting Workday Recruiting solutions while working closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday Recruiting business processes based on business requirements.
- Work on end-to-end recruiting processes including Job Requisition, Candidate Management, Interview, Offer, Hire, and Onboarding.
- Configure Job Requisitions, Job Profiles, Supervisory Organizations, Locations, Compensation, and Recruiting Templates.
- Manage candidate applications and candidate business processes within Workday Recruiting.
- Configure and maintain Recruiting Business Processes and Approval Workflows.
- Configure Recruiting Questionnaires, Screening Questions, Candidate Grids, and Candidate Notifications.
- Work with Candidate Management, Evergreen Requisitions, Job Posting, and Career Sites.
- Configure Offer Letter templates and manage offer-related business processes.
- Support internal and external candidate recruiting processes.
- Configure Interview and Interview Feedback processes.
- Work on Candidate to Employee conversion and integration with Workday HCM.
- Configure recruiting-related security domains and business process security.
- Troubleshoot security, configuration, and business process issues.
- Work with Workday Recruiting reports and dashboards to support recruitment analytics.
- Develop and maintain custom reports using Advanced Reports, Matrix Reports, and Composite Reports.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting.
- Good understanding of Workday HCM and Recruiting business processes.
- Experience with Workday configuration and business process setup.
- Knowledge of Workday security and domain policies.
