TopBloc is seeking a Workday QA Operations Manager. We are looking for experienced professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality solutions, thrive in a collaborative environment, and bring the drive to contribute to client success.
Requirements (What We’re Looking For):
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Human Resources, or a related field (Required)
● 5+ years of experience in project management, staffing operations, consultant management, or quality assurance, ideally within IT services or professional services (Required)
● Fluent in English - C1 or C2 level (Required)
● Experience with Workday or similar ERP systems preferred (Required)
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust and influence decision-making
● Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects or initiatives simultaneously
● Familiarity with project execution, including financial management and contractual
management
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with adaptability to diverse client needs
● Passion for client advocacy, customer service excellence, and long-term partnership building
Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):
● QA & Back-Office Function Setup: Establish and scale a Quality Assurance function, defining ownership, processes, and operating standards.
● QA Ownership & Execution: Own the Quality Assurance function end-to-end, ensuring consistent quality, accountability, and continuous improvement across supported projects.
● Offshore Transition & Workload Offloading: Lead the transition of QA and back-office work from onshore teams, reducing operational load and enabling effective offshore delivery.
● Offshore Initiative Ownership: Own and execute additional offshore delivery initiatives aligned to business and delivery needs beyond core QA responsibilities.
● Staff Aug Project Health & Client Escalations: Maintain and monitor project health trackers, proactively flagging risks or delivery concerns and escalating as needed. Serve as a point of contact for issue resolution, coordinating between consultants, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely solutions
● Staff Aug Proactive Project Follow-Up: Conduct regular check-ins with consultants and clients to ensure satisfaction, alignment, and early detection of potential issues.
