Assistant Manager, Workday Process Analyst

Company :

To support the Workday Process, lead to deliver Workday Process team deliverables and activities but not limited to: -

• Produce Process documentation - Change Impact Analysis & Report, Business Current As-Is Process, Workday To-Be Processes and Procedure, Training Materials.
• Facilitate or Perform – Train the Training Session, Functional / Integration Testing, E2E Testing, Business Post Go Live Support.

Job Description

• Able to compile and analyze business information and requirements.

• Able to write project documentation including business process maps, business process procedure, business impact analysis, Training Materials, Test scenarios and Test Scripts.

• Able to facilitate business user during execution of Business End to End Testing and Train the Trainer.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Solution Architect & Design, Integration, Change Management) to gather requirements, understand the changes, and ensure alignment between System and Process that has impact by Workday implementation.

• Facilitate Solution Architect & Design or Integration team to perform smoke or functional/ integration testing.

• Outline meeting minutes that are emphasized on action and follow up on deliverables with the appropriate parties.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields like business management, computer science or closely related field.

• At least 2 years’ working experience as a Business Analyst or closely related roles.

• Experience in HR process and systems especially in Workday.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate a significant amount of information with diligence and accuracy.

• Good people skills to effectively interact with project team stakeholders.

• Familiarity with relevant projects or documentation tools e.g., Microsoft Visio, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and others.
