As Product Manager, Corporate Services, you will treat our People & Culture team and other corporate teams as a product.
You own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our entire global P&C technology ecosystem — a portfolio of best-in-class solutions that power the full employee lifecycle.
Working with multicultural, cross-functional teams, you will deliver seamless, innovative experiences that drive engagement, efficiency, and measurable business value.
This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.

The Corporate Services Technology team is a dynamic group of technical experts and business specialists who own the systems that support ARC’TERYX’s global P&C operations. We define business cases, prioritize projects, map dependencies and deliver solutions that advance our technology roadmap. From hire-to-retire, we empower the organization with robust, innovative tools.

If you were the Product Manager, Corporate Services now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:

  • Driving the full P&C technology lifecycle — from discovery and strategy through delivery, adoption, and continuous optimization
  • Leading the gathering and prioritizing of business requirements from P&C, Finance, and regional stakeholders
  • Developing product strategy and functional specifications across the entire P&C portfolio
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery aligned with business goals
  • Championing the P&C technology vision within the broader organization
  • Overseeing integrations, automation, and API standards, ensuring performance, security, and reliability
  • Conducting market research to identify opportunities and drive innovative features, and keeping the business up-to-date by presenting these opportunities to stakeholders
  • Managing technical risks, developing mitigation strategies, and evaluating third-party vendors
  • Supporting agile teams, fostering collaboration to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions

Are you our next Product Manager, Corporate Services?

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 6+ years of product management experience in enterprise environments
  • Proven track record owning full P&C/HR technology portfolios across multiple systems
  • Strong experience with enterprise integrations and API ecosystems
  • You have strong knowledge of agile methodologies, ideally using Jira for task tracking
  • You have the proven ability to foster inclusive, multicultural collaboration across global teams
  • You have expert knowledge of Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence) and platform update
  • You are skilled in project leadership, managing cross-functional teams, timelines and deliverables
  • You possess strong communication skills and can simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
  • You are analytical, detail-oriented, and focused on user experience and business value
  • You are adaptable, thriving in both independent and collaborative, team-oriented settings
  • You have a continuous improvement mindset, eager to innovate and drive growth
