Job Description
Position: Workday Prism Developer
Location: Remote (USA)
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Prism Developer with 3-5 years of experience in building Prism pipelines from Workday Financials. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Workday Financials, proficiency in Workday Studio and Workday Orchestration, and the ability to work independently while communicating effectively within a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Workday Prism Development:
- Design, build, and maintain Prism pipelines, ensuring seamless integration with Workday Financials.
- Develop and optimize data flows to meet business and reporting requirements.
- Workday Studio & Orchestration:
- Utilize Workday Studio for advanced integrations and development tasks.
- Implement and manage Workday Orchestration for automating workflows and business processes.
- Workday Financials Expertise:
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of Workday Financials modules to understand and support business processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
- Independent Development:
- Work independently to design and implement technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Communication & Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in Workday Prism with expertise in building Prism pipelines from Workday Financials.
- Proficiency in Workday Studio for custom integration development.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Orchestration for managing workflows.
- Functional Expertise:
- 3-5 years of experience with Workday Financials, including knowledge of modules such as Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Financial Reporting.
- Soft Skills:
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Workday certifications in Prism, Financials, or Integration.
- Experience with Workday reporting tools like Composite Reports and Dashboards.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum project management methodologies.
