Responsibilities:

  • Work with product owners to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios
  • Understand and translate the priorities of Human Resources while integrating strategies to meet the business needs
  • Deliver solutions in Workday platform across the HR modules through efficient and organized processes while maintaining high standards
  • Create, update, and maintain integrations including Core Connectors, data transformations, Workday Studio
  • Create, update, and maintain Workday Security strategies including Role based, user based, custom security, and but not limited to ISU and ISSGs.
  • Effectively communicate across team, Product Owner, stakeholders, and influence solutions across business partners
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, collaborate with product owner to provide innovative ideas and insights into business processes that will optimize business results.
  • Continually research, test, and stay up to date on Workday Technology & Platform updates, fixes and capabilities
  • Build & maintain thorough documentation for system implementation & maintenance
  • Configure or develop low code solutions for third party interfaces
  • Document and implement change control, follow best practices for system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, and migration..
  • Perform operational tasks such as monitoring application performance and to implement solutions for performance improvements
  • Provide production support for Workday by troubleshooting problems, testing, and working with the business to resolve issues
  • Work with Agile methodology to prioritize deliveries for business partners.

Qualifications:

  • Intermediate to advanced experience on HR platforms (Workday) that includes Workday Reporting, BIRT Reporting, Business Process Configurations, and Security Configurations.
  • Intermediate to advanced experience working with Workday platform across HR modules, preferable Core, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Payroll
  • Intermediate to advanced experience working with Workday Studio Integrations, EIBs, Core Connecters, Custom Integrations, PICOF/PECI, and Packaged Integrations.
  • Intermediate to advanced experience in XML, REST, SOAP, JSON.
  • Workday certification in Core preferred.
  • Proficiency in the use of broader MS Office suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Visio, Visual Studio)
