Duration: Long Term Contract
Pay rate: $40/hr. to $60/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end payroll frequency transition, including assessment, design, testing, and deployment.
- Configure and validate Workday Payroll elements impacted by pay frequency changes (earnings, deductions, accruals, off-cycle payments, etc.).
- Align Time Tracking and Absence plans with the new payroll schedule, ensuring accurate accruals and calculations.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to manage downstream impacts across systems and processes.
- Support communication, training, and change management activities.
- Provide post–go-live stabilization, reconciliation, and documentation updates.
- 5–10 years of Workday Payroll experience, including at least one end-to-end payroll frequency transition.
- Strong functional knowledge of Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence modules.
- Proven experience in configuration, testing, and payroll operations.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Understanding of payroll compliance, taxation, and integration impacts.
