Baptist Health is looking for a Workday Integration Specialist - Benefits to join our team. This is a remote position that requires residency in KY & IN
This candidate will serve as developer and owner of a variety of integrations, with an emphasis on Benefits Core Connectors. Each of our Integration Specialists are responsible for the design, development, configuration, and support of 30 integrations or more. Continuous support and troubleshooting of existing integrations is required. Collaborates with HRIS team and functional sponsors, making recommendations for process improvement and best practices. Interaction with vendor support will be necessary at times. Directly involved during the Open Enrollment project life-cycle involving any Workday integrations impacted. Advanced report writing and cross-functional report writing is necessary. Provide direct support to the functional Benefits team.
Requirements
· Associate Degree with experience; Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Human Resources, or related field is preferred.
· 4+ years of progressively increasing experience with HCM Integrations development and support using integration technologies such as EIB, Core Connector, DT, XSLT, CFs, Workday Web Services API, Cloud Connect, RaaS, Workday Studio platforms, and building and maintaining inbound/outbound Workday HCM integrations to third party vendors including payroll and benefit providers
· Experience in production support (24x7x365) environment following processes/guidelines
· Experience in all phases of the software development life cycle, including analysis, design, unit test, system test, deployment, and production support
· Workday Integrations certification and/or Workday Studio certification a Plus
· Experience with XML and XSLT
· Report writing skills in building reports in various types (Advanced, Matrix, BIRT, Dashboard, etc).
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills
· Ability to work independently, managing multiple projects
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills needed to interact with multiple disciplines at all levels of the organization.
· Adequate work station for remote work necessary
