Role Overview
Position: Workday Integration Developer
Experience: 4–10 years of hands-on Workday integration development
Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain integrations using EIB (Inbound & Outbound), Workday Studio, Core Connectors (Worker, Benefits), and XSLT
Environment: Work in a diverse, multi-national, and multi-vendor setup
Skills Required: Strong technical expertise, analytical ability, and collaboration with business users and cross-functional teams
Good to have Workday Extend and Orchestration Experience.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and XSLT
Collaborate with business users and application teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Assist team leads/project managers with system analysis and timely delivery of program requirements
Design and configure business objects, calc fields, security, and migration processes
Troubleshoot, monitor, and schedule integrations using ISU, ISSG, and Workday tools
Document technical specifications and prepare test cases for AS-IS and To-Be process analysis
Perform coding, testing, debugging, and implementation with high attention to detail
Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
4–10 years of Workday integration development experience
Strong understanding of Workday core concepts, business objects (PBO, RBO), and calc fields
Hands-on experience with Workday integrations, reports, security, and navigation
Expertise in EIB, Core Connector Worker, Core Connector Benefit, Workday Studio
Proficiency in XSLT and integration troubleshooting
Excellent reasoning aptitude and ability to quickly grasp complex environments
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills
Experience working in multi-vendor and multi-national environments
Ability to prepare clear documentation and articulate technical solutions effectively
Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
