About the role:

We’re looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst to manage and maintain Workday HCM systems and other modules, contributing to a great employee experience. You’ll work closely with teams across the organization to design, test, and implement digital solutions that improve how employees interact with our tools.

What you'll do:

  • Manage and support Workday HCM systems.

  • Collaborate with teams to assess user needs and develop solutions.

  • Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate global system issues.

  • Apply Agile and Design Thinking to improve HR processes.

  • Automate and streamline global HR and security functions.

  • Configure and optimize Workday to enhance user experience.

  • Create custom reports, data analysis, and mass updates.

  • Provide training and support for system changes and upgrades.

  • Lead workshops to gather feedback and improve user adoption.

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years of Workday experience, including Core HCM

  • Nice to have: additional modules (Learning, Recruiting, Talent, etc.).

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and customer service focus.

  • Experience with Agile methodology and project management.

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
