Location: Newport News, VA
Workday HCM Lead, will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end implementation and optimization of a complex, multi-entity Workday solution.
This position requires a subject matter expert who can seamlessly navigate the intersection of technical configuration and strategic business process design to support a diverse organizational structure. This position will support cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of a robust solution covering both HCM, U.S./Canada Payroll, Talent/Performance Management, Advanced Compensation, Prism, Journeys, Help.
This position will be critical in performing Fit-Gap analysis, defining global business processes, and ensuring the integrity and security of our data.
Skills Required
- Subject matter expert in Workday HCM configuration and optimization
- Experience supporting U.S. and Canada Payroll within Workday
- Experience with Workday Talent and Performance Management
- Experience with Workday Advanced Compensation
- Experience with Workday Prism
- Experience with Workday Journeys and Workday Help
- Ability to perform Fit-Gap analysis
- Define and document global business processes
- Ensure data integrity and security for HR systems
- Experience delivering complex, multi-entity Workday implementations
