Requirements:
- Responsible for developing and guiding Client’s Talent and Performance solutions within the HCM module, leading design of performance management strategies and processes that measure outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and align teams to organizational goals.
- Talent & Performance Certification is mandatory.
- Learning certification is an advantage.
- At least 4-8 years of experience in implementing and maintaining Workday Talent and Performance systems.
- Strong Knowledge and hands on experience of Employee Review Process ,Calibration Process, Goal management, Succession planning concepts.
- Work closely with the Human Resources Lead to navigate through the Architect, Configure & Prototype, Test, and Deploy methodology stages for the Talent and Performance sub-module.
- Provide knowledge of current Talent and Performance business processes and systems and identify configuration, data, and system requirements to support future state business processes to the team, as well as the Program Leadership Team
- Develop and drive functional decisions related to Talent and Performance, escalating to the Human Resources Lead and other program decision-makers as necessary.
- Manage the development, implementation, and administration of system processes that will evaluate, measure, enhance, and improve employee performance.
- Bring expertise, peer examples, and perspective and participate actively in conversations related to the Talent and Performance sub-module, as well as conversations for other modules that impact crossover functionality and/or business needs.
- Work with the Technical and Human Resources teams, the Human Resources Lead, and the implementation partner to establish test scenarios and use cases, and work with them to ensure timely execution of solution testing.
- Collaborate with and gather feedback on Talent and Performance business requirements from departments across
- Manage the Talent and Performance project timelines and dependencies, align activities, and identify and mitigate risks and issues.
- Develop and execute change management, communication, and training strategies.
Preferences:
- Substantial and measurable delivery of 2 or more Talent implementations for at least two phases
- Deep experience working with HRIS and Talent and Performance, preferably experience with an HCM implementation.
- Knowledge of business processes around Talent and Performance are required and experience of the business processes around Talent and Performance.
- Understanding of functional concepts relevant or related to the HCM Talent and Performance sub-module
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to communicate with and work across the organization.
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Knowledge and familiarity of Client interactions and units across the organization
- Ability to analyze, problem solve, and communicate recommendations and observations.
