Responsibilities:
- Support and enhance processes and solutions related to Workday Financials, Prism & Accounting Center
- Understand Workday Financials functional and technical options, limitations, risks and tradeoffs and partner with accounting and finance teams to shape requirements accordingly
- Obtain a deep understanding of the accounting and finance departments to build high-quality requirements and to recommend solutions
- Translate conceptual user requirements into clear, detailed technical requirements and specifications
- Configure Workday modules, create reports, dashboards and Discovery Boards, modify Workday Business Processes and develop integrations between Workday and Third Party applications
- Develop relationships and actively collaborate with stakeholders
- Support discussions and facilitate cross-team decision making
- Ensure exemplary performance and reliability of IT solutions
- Drive continuous improvement to achieve effectiveness and efficiency

Education/Experience:
- Master/Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
- 5-10 years of experience implementing, supporting and enhancing Workday Financials, Prism, and Accounting Center related processes and solutions from a functional and technical perspective
- Professional, organized, and strong communicator
- Familiarity with SDLC, Agile Methodology and change management process preferred
Technology:
- Experience/certification in Workday Financials, Prism, Accounting Center, and Adaptive Planning
- Ability to quickly learn new technology and business applications
- High PC skills including experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint
