We are currently hiring a Financial Systems Analyst with Workday Financial Management experience to help grow our company and ensure our mission is achieved!
This role is a work from home position and can be performed remotely anywhere in the continental US or in our corporate location in Draper, UT.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

Configure and maintain the Workday Financial Management system, including modules such as Customer, Business Assets, Accounting Center, FDM & Financial Accounting, Banking & Settlements, Expenses, Procurement, Supplier Accounts, and Projects.

Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and financial statements, including Advanced, Composite, Matrix, and Transposed Reports.

Analyze and interpret financial data to support business decision-making.

Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to understand their needs and provide solutions.

Manage and troubleshoot system issues, ensuring timely resolution.

Assist with system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.

Provide training and support to end-users.

Ensure data integrity and compliance with financial regulations, including SOX.

Participate in project planning, development, and implementation.
YOU'LL BRING:
-
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

3+ years of experience working with Workday Financial Management, including modules such as Accounting Center, Financials, Expenses, and Supplier Accounts.

Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.

Proficiency in report writing and data analysis.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience with system implementation and project management is a plus.

Workday certification in Financial Management is preferred.
YOU MIGHT ALSO HAVE:
-
Knowledge of all Workday Financial modules.

Advanced knowledge of Workday Reports such as Advanced, Composite, Matrix, and Transposed Reports.

Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements, including SOX.

Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning and HCM preferred.
