We are currently hiring a Financial Systems Analyst with Workday Financial Management experience to help grow our company and ensure our mission is achieved!

This role is a work from home position and can be performed remotely anywhere in the continental US or in our corporate location in Draper, UT.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Configure and maintain the Workday Financial Management system, including modules such as Customer, Business Assets, Accounting Center, FDM & Financial Accounting, Banking & Settlements, Expenses, Procurement, Supplier Accounts, and Projects.

  • Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and financial statements, including Advanced, Composite, Matrix, and Transposed Reports.

  • Analyze and interpret financial data to support business decision-making.

  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to understand their needs and provide solutions.

  • Manage and troubleshoot system issues, ensuring timely resolution.

  • Assist with system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.

  • Provide training and support to end-users.

  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with financial regulations, including SOX.

  • Participate in project planning, development, and implementation.

YOU'LL BRING:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience working with Workday Financial Management, including modules such as Accounting Center, Financials, Expenses, and Supplier Accounts.

  • Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.

  • Proficiency in report writing and data analysis.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Experience with system implementation and project management is a plus.

  • Workday certification in Financial Management is preferred.

YOU MIGHT ALSO HAVE:

  • Knowledge of all Workday Financial modules.

  • Advanced knowledge of Workday Reports such as Advanced, Composite, Matrix, and Transposed Reports.

  • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements, including SOX.

  • Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning and HCM preferred.
