Job Summary We are seeking a Workday Extend Developer to build custom applications, business processes, and integrations on the Workday platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Workday's architecture and security framework, paired with excellent client-facing communication skills for a consulting role.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy custom applications and extensions on the Workday Extend platform.
  

• Design and configure custom business processes, objects, and integration points.
  

• Ensure solutions adhere to Workday’s standard architecture and security frameworks.
  

• Collaborate directly with clients and stakeholders to gather functional requirements and map technical execution.
  

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development with a focus on ITAM/SAM.
  

• High proficiency in JavaScript and the ServiceNow API framework.
  

• Deep technical understanding of SAM Pro data models, Software Installation tables, Discovery Models, and Software Models.
  

• Strong experience with SQL, XML, JSON, and IntegrationHub steps.
  

• Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Implementation Specialist – Software Asset Management (CIS-SAM).
  

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
  

• 4–5 years of total IT experience.
  

• 2+ years of hands-on experience building custom applications and business processes on Workday Extend.
  

• Strong functional and technical understanding of Workday architecture and security models.
  

• Excellent client-facing communication and consulting capabilities.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Workday Integrations (Workday Studio) is a strong added advantage.
