We are seeking an experienced Workday Developer to design, configure, and enhance our Workday platform globally. This role focuses on technical configuration, business process development, integrations, and reporting within Workday — working closely with IT and HR stakeholders.
What you’ll do at Elekta
This role is an expert in Human Resources Management Systems (HRIS), ensuring the system meets business needs through maintenance, development, and configuration. Key responsibilities include ensuring data accuracy, implementing new functionalities, generating reports, and supporting end users.
Your role will include (but not limited to):
- Configure and maintain Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Compensation, Recruiting).
- Build and troubleshoot Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio).
- Develop custom reports and calculated fields.
- Configure and optimize Workday business processes.
- Manage security roles and permissions within Workday.
- Partner with HR and IT on Workday projects and system upgrades.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable, efficient solutions.
- High independence, proactivity, and responsibility for the tasks performed.
- Adept at managing concurrent projects and meeting their respective deadlines.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years’ experience in developing, supporting and troubleshooting HRIS systems.
- Strong knowledge of Workday Integrations (Core Connectors, EIB, Studio).
- Experience with Workday Reporting, Calculated Fields, and Security.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Training skills for HR staff on HRIS usage.
- Adaptable and open to occasional time zone adjustments.
- Fluent in English.
