What You Will Do:
 

Guidehouse is seeking a Workday Data Conversion consultant for full-cycle Workday implementations. The person we are seeking will provide expertise in requirements gathering, design, and implementation of customer data conversion processes. They will work with the Guidehouse Workday Practice leadership to build tools, templates, and processes for ensuring data conversion activities are of high quality, repeatable, and effective.

As a Workday Data Lead your primary responsibilities may include:

• Responsible for managing build timelines and collaboration with leads and project management team on tenant management
• Plan and execute comprehensive configuration migration throughout deployment using Workday delivered toolset
• Serve as the primary knowledge source for converting data from legacy systems and spreadsheets into the Workday Cloud HCM & Financials system 
• Converting Data into Workday using Workday provided loading tools  
• Create ETL scripts to transform and load data in preparation to load to Workday 
• Lead in the validation of data loaded into Workday 
• Responsible for assisting clients in mapping legacy data, identifying data quality issues and overall responsibility over conversion activates on the project 
• Responsible for key communication to project and client leadership 
• Collaborate with client counterpart to successfully deliver on shared objectives 
• Responsible for timely identification and escalation of risks and development of alternative technical and functional approaches when necessary 
• Lead the identification of process improvements and changes to our methodology based on project experience 

What You Will Need:
 

• 2+ years of experience working directly with Workday
• Strong Excel skills
• Strong ETL and XML capabilities
• SQL experience

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Strong reporting / analytics / BI experience
• Active Workday Certification through Workday Partner
