We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Workday Compensation Consultant to join our HR technology team. As a specialist in the Workday Compensation module, you will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the Workday system to support our end-to-end process. Your expertise will ensure that our compensation module workflows are efficient and aligned with our business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Collaborate with clients to understand their compensation strategies, business objectives, and unique requirements. Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in compensation processes.
- System Implementation: Lead the implementation of the Workday Compensation module, ensuring it aligns with the client's business needs. Configure and customize Workday Compensation based on client requirements and best practices.
- Requirements Gathering: Work closely with clients to gather and document compensation-related requirements. Translate business requirements into system configurations and recommend best practices.
- Data Migration: Assist in migrating compensation data from legacy systems to Workday, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Develop data migration strategies and execute data validation processes.
- Training and Adoption: Provide training to client teams, including HR professionals, managers, and end-users, on how to effectively use the Workday Compensation module. Support change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of the new system.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to ensure the accuracy and functionality of the Workday Compensation module. Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the implementation phase.
- Best Practice Recommendations: Stay current on industry best practices and emerging trends in compensation management. Advise clients on best practices for designing and administering compensation programs.
- Integration: Collaborate with other Workday consultants (e.g., Benefits, Talent, Payroll) to ensure seamless integration of compensation processes with other HR functions. Work on integrations with external systems if needed.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of the implemented Workday Compensation solution, configurations, and processes.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science, Electronics, Information technology OR Master of Computer Applications.
- 2 to 4 years of Workday Compensation functional experience.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Workday HCM fundamentals.
- Candidates selected should be willing to work from Bangalore/Hyderabad location.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge on Workday Time and Absence.
- Workday security experience.
- Good to have Workday certification on compensation, but it’s not a mandate.
