This role is for a Change Management Consultant specializing in HRIS, specifically with Workday, where you will help drive impactful change in HR processes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure the application of the procedures of the projects according to the Methodology and the agreements committed with the client.

• Ensuring timely delivery, quality, accuracy, and completeness of overall project reports and project management results.

• Ensure up-to-date documentation of all project management files, milestones, decisions, and relevant changes to the project file.

• Attend and organize the necessary meetings within the project, including those of the Steering Committee and Monitoring Committees, generating the necessary documentation.

• Facilitate the collection and dissemination of information to the different project areas.

• Suggest improvements for further analysis that may be useful.

• Participate in Workday projects.

Qualifications

• A degree or Master's in Human Resources or experience in Marketing or doing presentations is preferred, but candidates with qualifications in International Relations, Communications, Business Administration, or a relevant field will also be considered.

• Fluent language skills in Spanish and English (Proficiency in French is a plus!). 

• Available for a full-time position, starting with an indefinite contract. 

• Ability to travel when needed. Work location: Madrid. 

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills.

• Analytical and logical thinking, prioritizing problem-solving.

• Enthusiasm for teamwork.

• Constant desire to acquire knowledge and ability to adapt to change and innovation.

• Permanent search for autonomy in their activities

• Good command of the software (Outlook, Excel, Word...)

• Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.

• Knowledge of project management tools (MS Project or SmartSheets).
