About the role:
We're looking for a dynamic Workday Business Analyst (m/f/d) to drive the strategic management, optimization, and enhancement of our Workday platform.
Job DescriptionAbout your tasks:
Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and our HR/Workday core team.
Analyze business processes to find areas for improvement. Work closely with the Workday Product Owner to prioritize and manage system enhancements.
Gather and document business requirements and turn them into Workday specifications.
Create and maintain process maps, user stories, and requirement specifications.
Help with the development, testing, and deployment of Workday configurations as well as support and troubleshoot Workday-related issues for end-users.
About you:
Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, T&A, and related modules.
Proven skills in business process analysis and requirements gathering.
Experience of working with Jira and Confluence.
Great communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
