YOUR IMPACT 

The Workday Administrator will manage and support our Workday platform, which serves as a comprehensive HR and Finance Solution for the company. This role will ensure data integrity, system functionality, and optimization across various modules to meet the needs of our growing organization, with a strong focus on Workday Security Administration that have a desire to understand the Business process.

The Workday Administrator will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting the Workday system while supporting and training end users. A key component of this role will be to oversee and manage security configurations, roles, and permissions to ensure appropriate access controls are in place and aligned with business needs.

  • System Administration: Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot the Workday platform, with a primary focus on ensuring secure access and user roles are managed efficiently.

  • Workday Security Administration: Lead the configuration, management, and troubleshooting of Workday security roles, permissions, and access controls. Ensure the right users have the right level of access across modules and processes, maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

  • Data Management: Ensure data integrity, conduct regular audits and provide support for data uploads, conversions and corrections.

  • Configuration & Customization: Develop and maintain business process configurations, notifications, calculated fields, security setup and custom reports.

  • End-User Support: Provide day to day support to all business users, responding to inquiries and troubleshooting issues.

  • Testing & Updates: Partner with People Operations, Finance, Revenue Operations and other cross functional areas to support testing new features and managing rollout of changes.

  • Reporting & Analytics: Design and deliver standard and ad-hoc reports for business stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision-making.

  • Documentation & Training: Create and update documentation for system processes, end-user guides and troubleshooting guidelines; assassin in training new users and providing ongoing support.

  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize functionalities, driving greater efficiency and user satisfaction.

YOUR EXPERIENCE 

  • Minimum of 4-5 years managing Workday modules.

  • Configuration and Troubleshooting: proven expertise in configuring and troubleshooting Workday functionalities, including Business Processes, Calculated Fields and Security configurations.

  • Advanced skills in Workday Report Writer and Calculated Fields

  • Experience configurating Workday security roles and permissions for all users, ensuring proper access control.

  • Proficient in Workday’s Business Process Framework, especially for HR and Finance workflows, including system security and approval flows.

  • Experience in supporting testing of new security features and implementing updates with minimal disruption while ensuring secure access is maintained.

  • Ability to work effectively with multiple departments to ensure security policies and configurations are communicated and understood across the organization.

  • Strong ability to train users and support adoption of Workday features across departments, ensuring effective use by end-users.

Preferred Certifications and Experiences:

  • Workday Pro Certification

  • Experience in supporting within a high growth tech environment, where rapid scalability is common
