Responsibilities / Tasks
IT eXperience Management (ITXM) brings experience management principles into IT operations. This allows IT teams to focus on the outcomes of their work and to provide data-informed insights that fuel the continual improvement of those outcomes – including making end-users happier with IT services and more productive in their daily work. The Continual Service Improvement (CSI) practice allows IT professionals to continually improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our IT services and processes. ITXM and CSI combined provide a strong overview of where IT can focus improvements and strategies, this in turn requires skillful and competent communications and marketing.
Your tasks:
Data analysis of IT end user experience feedback via a unique platform/dashboard via our experience management partner.
Assisting with CSI review process and analysis of improvement records.
Working with colleagues to analyze what targets, objectives and initiatives can be determined via the experience management process.
Creation & updating of IT experience management reports, news, stories.
Administration and updating our experience management and continual improvement web presence - IT Hub
Creating visuals/graphics
Supporting ITXM and CSI Leads.
Planning user experience formats and forums.
Supporting the communication of ITXM and CSI achievements.
Your Profile / Qualifications
You are a registered student (m/f/d) ideally in the field of Communication, Business Administration, Business Psychology, Marketing (PR) or comparable.
Good English skills.
It is an advantage if you are already familiar with Microsoft SharePoint, but not a must, as we can train you accordingly.
You bring a passion for communication, and you are a skilled communicator with great attention to detail.
Information technology or digitalization is one of your strengths or areas of interest.
You are self-determined, independent, and responsible.
A team player.
