Position Overview:
This position is needed to monitor orders from the Oracle EBS system within the Oracle WMS system.
This includes staying in contact with customer service for updates and changes. They will use the
WMS to prepare and wave orders to the warehouse floor, prepare and fix orders that have errors, and
act as liaison between customer service and the warehouse floor. They will also assign pick tickets and
tasks to the picking team according to the company's priorities. Additionally, they will provide support
to the pick team when issues arise during the picking process.

Essential Functions:
- Able to correct, wave, and verify orders using the Order Header, Wave Group, and Wave
- Inquiry screens respectively.
- Understand Order Header statuses to communicate effectively with customer service.
- Manually wave and ship confirm 0 deliveries using the Manual Wave screen.
- Perform specific tasks as required by projects. (Lifting product, data entry, creating placards, or any other task required by project).
- Print OBLPN’s from the Wave Inquiry screen, then organize them into standardized packets for the picking team.
- Create on demand replenishments using the Reactive Replenishment screen of the RF module either emulator or actual device.
- Release bulk pick tasks using the Tasks screen of WMS.
- Make waving decisions based on WebGen Reports
- Other duties per business needs
Diversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Certain skillsets/experiences are necessary; however, others can be developed along the way.
Required Qualifications:
- Basic Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel and Outlook
- Basic knowledge of order flow through a warehouse
- Able to interact within a collaborative environment
- Effective communication and teamwork across departments
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Oracle WMS
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Critical thinker
- High school equivalent education
Working Conditions:
- Moderate physical demand: often lifting/moving average weight (up to 50 lbs./27 kgs).
- Ability to stand and/or walk constantly over a full work shift (8-10 hours)
- Ability to perform occasional to frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting and/or reaching over a full work shift (8-10 hours).
- Job rotation may be required, where applicable
- Able to work in a non-AC environment
