Work Planner (f/m/d)

Your tasks :

• Coordinating production workflow for all manufactured products

• Scheduling planned orders in accordance with production capacities and availability of components and aligned prioritization system

• Setting up and administering production planning software and optimizing on-site production planning processes including master data management

• Monitoring of defined KPIs and production progress, identifying any bottlenecks or shortages causing delays and trigger operative measures

• Minimize stock outs by maintaining adequate levels of inventory while minimizing excess inventory

• Maintain proper supply/ demand alignment by expediting, delaying, or cancelling purchase orders when required

• Develop a deep understanding of the supported product lines through collaboration with the production teams to ensure optimal planning in collaboration with SCM service and CSC service

Your profile :

• Being communicative, assertive and analytical

• Having a proven experience as production planner

• Demonstrating strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Being fluent in French and English; German as a plus

• Knowledge of SAP MM, PP, and SD modules is preferred
