Workflow Job Description.

Premium Guard, Inc. is a privately held company, established in 1996. We are a leading supplier of private label solutions in the automotive industry. Our focus is on designing, manufacturing and distributing products for automotive, diesel, power-sports and specialty filter markets. Our supply chain network now branches across the Pacific and into South America.
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position encompasses the analysis of data in the Warehouse Management System (WMS), prioritizing inbound and outbound workflow, and executing tactical operational plans to support the organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess WMS to determine when orders waved to maximize workforce efficiencies against outbound volume demands.
- Analyze WMS inputs and develop daily and weekly inbound and outbound work plans.
- Execute WMS workflows that correspond with management goals.
- Ensure that complete and accurate information is communicated to teams responsible for completing the work.
- Provide feedback to the supervisor on issues impacting workflow.
- Evaluate work processes for efficiency.
- Investigate and resolve workflow issues.
- Assist with software upgrades.
- Act as liaison between internal and external parties to address WMS support calls, execute projects and perform upgrades.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Prefer associate's degree in supply chain management or a related field
- Minimum of 2+ years of WMS knowledge and operational experience
Additional job details:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday: 7am-3:30pm with overtime
- Pay Rate: $22.25 per hour
- Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision effective first of the month after date of hire
- 401k: eligible after 6 months
- Personal Time Off (PTO) Bank: Eligible to accrue up to128 hours annually
