In this role, you will help teach fundamental soccer skills through interactive games and activities, all while fostering a positive and exciting atmosphere. This position is perfect for those interested in gaining experience in child development, early education, or coaching.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with leading soccer classes for children; providing hands-on support to our Head Coaches.
- Encourage teamwork, communication, and physical activity in a non-competitive environment.
- Use positive reinforcement to celebrate achievements and promote learning.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during the sessions.
Requirements
- A genuine love for working with children and helping them grow.
- Previous experience in coaching, childcare, or education preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Willingness to learn and follow Super Soccer Stars' philosophy and methodology.
- MUST be bilingual (English and Spanish)
