Our consultants are responsible for consulting on, analyzing, scoping, quoting, and executing our website, Wordpress, and light web-app/mobile-app projects. These consultants work on marketing websites and apps where UX, content, marketing principles, and a heavy emphasis on graphics and design are involved.

This is a fully remote, full time position.

What you’ll do:

• Work with customers to understand their marketing objectives
• Define scope, solutions, define requirements, develop an executable plan, and identify resource needs, timelines, and costs

• Work on User Experience, Information Architecture, and content organization
• Work with copywriter, designer, and UX staff to put together a website design
• Work with project managers and developers to assemble and launch websites
• Must be knowledgeable of Wordpress, Google Analytics, UX/UI, design, and SEO principles

• Provide technical/consulting to our sales team in putting together project scopes and quotes for sales proposals

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience working directly with clients as a PM/consultant/UX/UI or as part of a team of consultants, analyzing detailed technology related requirements and specification designs specially dealing with Wordpress and Marketing websites/apps
• Deep expertise with Wordpress, Google Analytics, UX/UI, design, and SEO
• Experience leading and guiding teams to build large web sites and light web/mobile apps
• Must be organized and communicate effectively. Experience with organizing large web application efforts with multiple stakeholders, developers, designers, and marketers
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with audiences of all levels, including strong presentation development and delivery as well as business and technical writing
• Highly competent with project management software
• A history of mentoring and or coaching others with a focus on balanced feedback while effectively communicating development needs
• Experience managing project budgets, forecasts, and resources

Nice to haves:

• UX/UI, Design experience
• Basic programming experience (PHP, Wordpress, HTML, CSS)

Education

• Bachelor’ s degree in Website, Marketing, Graphics or related field; or equivalent work experience
