Responsibilities
- Development & Implementation
- Build and maintain WordPress pages, modules, and templates
- Develop clean, responsive, SEO-friendly frontend code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP
- Customize themes and create reusable components in Elementor
- Support multilingual structure using WPML and localized content implementation
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
- Performance & Optimization
- Follow best practices for speed, accessibility, and responsive design
- Contribute to improvements in Core Web Vitals and overall page performance
- Work closely with the SEO team to implement schema, markup, and technical fixes
- Assist with page-level A/B testing and performance experiments
- Team Collaboration & Ops
- Work with design and content teams to translate mockups into live pages
- Follow Git-based workflows and participate in code reviews
- Help maintain plugin/theme updates, staging deployments, and QA testing
- Support internal documentation and repeatable workflows for marketing needs
Requirements and Skills
- 3–5 years of hands-on WordPress development experience
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
- Experience with Elementor and custom theme development
- Familiarity with WPML or multilingual content strategies
- Experience working with Git, staging environments, and CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to write modular, clean code and troubleshoot layout or speed issues
- Bonus: Understanding of SEO principles and technical optimization
- Bonus: Experience working in a SaaS or B2B marketing team environment
