The start date is June 15, 2026, and the schedule for this internship is Monday - Friday in office from 8 am - 5 pm. This position is based in Shafter, CA with possible travel to Los Angeles. You will report to the Associate Recruiter, CSR, and compensation will be $18.50/HR.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Schedule interviews (virtual and in-person) for recruiters and hiring managers as needed
- Open new requisitions and enter candidates into the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Review and disposition applicants in ATS
- Collect new hire pre-onboarding documents and reference checks
- Post job openings on the recruiter's boards
- Update and edit job postings on career sites
- Ensure consistent messaging to candidates throughout the recruiting process
- Some local and/or day travel to attend career-related events
- Work assignments across career center teams
- Additional support to HR teams
- Other duties assigned
- Must be 18 years of age and a Wonderful Scholar active and eligible for college success scholarship
- Must submit a resume, reference letter, and cover letter with your application
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-directed and able to work autonomously
- Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
- Live scan clearance
