Job DescriptionAre you a curious, analytical college student looking to turn data into real-world impact? Join our CSR Strategy team and help shape initiatives across education, health & wellness, and philanthropy.
We are seeking a motivated and responsible Wonderful Scholar enrolled in the College Success program for a full-time, 8-week internship. As a Strategy Intern, you’ll conduct research on leading social impact practices and translate insights into presentations. You’ll work closely with network, gain hands-on strategy experience, and build skills in data analysis, and storytelling.
This position is located either at our Los Angeles Headquarters or Shafter offices. The start date is June 15, 2026, and the schedule for this internship is onsite Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Pay Rate: $18.50/hr.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support in translating data and analyses into visualizations, dashboards, and/or presentations
- Conduct desktop research on leading social impact practices to inform forward looking decisions for program needs
- Develop presentation materials (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) to share findings and guide executives in strategic decision-making
- Support the development and implementation of key strategic initiatives across education, health and wellness, and/or philanthropy
- Will own a strategy project from start to finish
- Take company trainings and certifications
- Administrative duties
- Other duties assigned
- Must be 18 years of age and a Wonderful Scholar active and eligible for college success scholarship
- Must upload a resume, professional reference, and a cover letter with your application
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-directed and able to work independently, with the initiative to manage assignments and follow-through
- Proactive in identifying questions and seeking clarity, especially in new or ambiguous situations
- Energetic, curious, and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
- Major in stem, data science, econ or business preferred but not required
- Live Scan clearance
