WMS - Team Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Koerber Warehouse Advantage (WA) WMS solutions, including system design, configuration, integration, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyse processes, and deliver solutions that align with client business goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to WMS functionality, performance, and integration.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and project managers, to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, workflows, and support guides.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in Koerber WMS technologies and recommend best practices to enhance system capabilities.
• Ensure adherence to company and industry standards in software development and project management processes.
• Technical configuration of the solution using Advantage Architect, Page Editor, SSRS/Crystal Reports, Bartender/Loftware, and Advantage Link Integrations.
• Performs the necessary analysis and consultation to identify business issues, solution requirements, and related benefits.
• Assist in testing the WMS solution, tracking issues and following through with resolutions.
• Assist in training the end users in both a classroom setting and in a warehouse environment.
• Works closely with team members to understand client needs.
• Manage, guide and mentor a team of developers, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables while fostering a culture of learning and innovation.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8 to 10 years of experience Development/Configuration experience in Körber Warehouse Advantage (WA).
• Warehouse Management Systems Consulting/Development/Configuration/Set-up experience is preferred.
• Should be very experienced with MS SQL Server and understand complex queries, stored procedures, functions and database objects.
• Excellent leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex technical challenges.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with teams and clients.
• Certification in Koerber WMS or related supply chain technologies would be a plus.
• Exposure to integration tools like EDI, APIs, or middleware.
• Familiarity with complementary systems, such as OMS or ERP platforms.
• This role will be based in Bangalore or Hyderabad.
• Should be open to travel if necessary.
