- Lead the end-to-end WMS/LVS implementation project in Poland.
- Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, resources, and deliverables.
- Coordinate business, IT, warehouse operations, and external vendors.
- Ensure successful integration between WMS, Symfonia ERP, Workato, and connected applications.
- Ensure that business requirements, process optimization opportunities, and operational objectives are effectively reflected in the WMS solution design and implementation.
- Facilitate workshops, steering committees, testing, training, and deployment activities.
- Lead SIT, UAT, cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare support.
- Act as the primary escalation point for project issues, risks, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Drive process improvements and ensure operational readiness and user adoption.
- Provide transparent reporting to management on project status, risks, budget, and key decisions.
