As a Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) HighJump Developer, you'll play a key role in designing, developing, and integrating warehouse technology solutions that support critical business processes. Working closely with operations teams, IT partners, and external vendors, you'll help create scalable, high-performing systems that enable seamless warehouse execution, automation, and data connectivity across the enterprise. This is an opportunity to solve complex challenges, influence how warehouse technologies evolve, and make a measurable impact on operational efficiency.


What You'll Do
  • Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Warehouse Management System (WMS) applications, with a preference for HighJump environments.
  • Integrate WMS solutions with ERP platforms, preferably Oracle, and other enterprise applications.
  • Partner with external vendors to connect automation systems and ensure reliable data exchange across platforms.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate operational needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Optimize application performance and drive continuous system improvements.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and resolve defects across integrated environments.
  • Collaborate with operations, IT teams, and third-party partners to deliver business-critical initiatives.
  • Support the implementation of best practices, standards, and governance for system development.
  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of warehouse and supply chain technology capabilities.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of WMS development experience, preferably with HighJump.
  • Background working within supply chain, warehousing, or distribution environments.
  • Knowledge of integrating WMS platforms with ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
  • Understanding of APIs, middleware, and enterprise system integration patterns.
  • Proficiency in SQL, including Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server environments.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with warehouse automation technologies and vendor integrations.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of cloud-based WMS or TMS solutions.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Exposure to automated deployments using GitHub and observability practices.

Compensation: Compensation is based on factors including geographic location, qualifications, experience, skills, and internal equity.

 

Pay Range: $116,000 - $174,000 USD annual (For CA location)

Resmed generally does not hire at or near the top of the pay range. For remote positions outside the U.S., compensation is determined based on geographic location, qualifications, experience, and skills.

Skills Required
