We have a full time position available for a WMS Administrator. As a part of our sustainment team, your role is to provide day-to-day operational assistance and support for the Warehouse Management Solution to continue to build value for our customers’ distribution solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the WMS and related software.

Quantify problems and escalate to vendors (ERP, Honeywell/Vocollect, RF Hardware Providers, etc.).

Manage WMS environments and oversee configuration migration.

Modify and generate reports using Dashboard, SSRS, and Crystal Reports.

Develop and mentor WMS Super Users and Trainers on warehouse best practices.

Administer WMS data, including user management and location configurations.
What you bring to the team:

BA/BS in Computer Science, MIS, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Proven experience in WMS environments and operational troubleshooting.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
-
Global experience and proficiency in English preferred.

Expertise in SQL performance, database queries, and WMS software (e.g., HighJump, Manhattan, SAP-WM).
