As a Senior Product Delivery Vice President in the WLS AI Delivery team, you will ensure the stable and scalable delivery of AI solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value. Your passion for our mission of delivering intelligent solutions that address the needs of customers and the employees who assist them will be crucial.
We are looking for an experienced and strategic AI Product Owner to lead the development and management of our AI-driven products. The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for artificial intelligence and a strong ability to translate business needs into innovative AI solutions. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of AI products that meet user needs and achieve business objectives.

  • Define and oversees the product vision, roadmap, and development plans, ensuring alignment with business growth targets and risk management objectives and Leads End-to-End Product Lifecycle
  • Drive the entire product lifecycle from ideation and planning through execution and future enhancements, continuously evolving products and methodologies to meet business goals such as cost efficiency, feature innovation, reusability, and reliability.
  • Mentor product teams on industry best practices, including solution design, market research, storyboarding, mind-mapping, prototyping, product adoption strategies, and delivery excellence, empowering teams to achieve objectives effectively.
  • Own product performance metrics and is responsible for prioritizing and investing in enhancements to deliver on key business outcomes and Manages a team of product owners and oversees the book of work for AI, workflow, and integration teams, ensuring successful delivery and implementation of solutions across a diverse product portfolio.
  • Design AI-Integrated Workflows: Architects workflows that enable seamless human-plus-machine collaboration, ensuring integration with upstream and downstream systems to deliver data-first, AI-compatible solutions and maximize connectivity and automation across the product ecosystem.
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in workflow tools, leveraging them to design, optimize, and implement efficient processes that support product delivery and business objectives.
  • Define and communicate the vision and strategy for AI products and Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and user needs.
  • Drive innovation in AI and Generative AI applications, leveraging both open-source and cloud services to create transformative solutions for our clients and Champion ethical AI practices, implementing frameworks for data and concept drift detection, model interpretability (Explainable AI), and fairness in AI algorithms.
  • Work closely with data scientists, engineers, Workflow Tech Partners, and UX/UI designers to develop AI models and products and Define and prioritize product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize AI models and features.
  • Drive Workflow Innovation: Champion the adoption of innovative workflow design and optimization techniques, ensuring processes are efficient, scalable, and adaptable to evolving business and technology needs.

Required Qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in AI/ML product development.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, and data analytics.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
  • 10+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, and predictive analytics
  • Familiarity with MLOps practices for model monitoring, retraining, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Develops personas either alone or in conjunction with a team including user experience experts
  • Solid understanding of convolutional neural networks (CNN) and deep learning techniques for anomaly detection, forecasting, predictions and optimization.
  • Experience working with large-scale datasets and distributed computing frameworks for processing and analysing big data.

Preferred Qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Strong proficiency in Python, SQL,Alteryx and PySpark for data manipulation, analysis, and modelling. Experience with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow, Regex highly desirable.
  • Candidates with knowledge of tools like UiPath, Xceptor, Python, Instabase
  • Good understanding of NLP, Prompt engineering is essential. Hands on abilities will be preferred
  • Experience with cloud platforms and AI services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and ethical considerations in AI
  • Jira, Confluence, MS Power Platform (inc. CoPilot Studio)
  • Camunda/BPM, Cloud Solution Architecture (AWS + Azure) ,Python
