Job Description
Ready to dive into the thrilling world of a Withdrawal Guru Analyst? Here's what your action-packed days will look like:
- Handle withdrawal requests from customers who meet specific criteria (vary depending on the market)
- Review and process every withdrawal request to ensure compliance with Client’s Terms and Conditions
- Communicate with other departments, following pending issues related to customer's identification or withdrawal;
- Collaborate with team/shift leader & colleagues from various departments;
- Ensure appropriate and confidential handling/sharing of sensitive information;
- Ensure compliance with all AML laws and regulations;
- Update customer database.

Here's what you'll need in your toolkit:
- Minimum Language requirements: English (B2)
- 6 Months + Relevant working experience in a back-office role will be an advantage;
- Observation and attention to detail;
- Proactive and customer-centric
- Basic computer skills & MS Office / Google Suite;
